2. Product Information

We specialize in handcrafted, festive holiday decorations including:

• Christmas Ornaments (including Glass Ornaments and Christmas Resin decorations)
• Christmas Wreaths and Garlands
• Christmas Tree Picks and Sprays
• Christmas Ribbon and Teardrops
• Christmas Flowers and Accents
• Themed Collections (Blue Christmas, Cardinal, Farmhouse, Gingerbread, Gnome, Green Monster, Jewel Tones, and Classic Christmas)

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that the actual colors and details may vary slightly due to monitor settings, photography techniques, and the handmade nature of many products.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Order acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email.

4. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your items are shipped.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Shipping Destinations

We ship globally but are unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. If you reside in an area we cannot ship to, we will notify you promptly after order placement and issue a full refund.

Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order. For lost or stalled packages, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but cannot guarantee delivery times.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely delighted with your holiday decorations. If an item isn’t quite right for your holiday vision, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unused and unopened items within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and quality of our products for all customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Christmas Resin figurines and decorations (due to their intricate, hand-painted details)
• Christmas Flowers and Natural Christmas Greenery (including wreaths and garlands, as these are perishable items)
• Any item from the Gingerbread Collection or Gnome For the Holidays Collection that has been removed from its original sealed packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
3. Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation and the RMA number clearly marked on the outside

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement and provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.

The themed collections (Blue Christmas, Cardinal, Farmhouse, Gingerbread, Gnome, Green Monster, Jewel Tones, and Classic Christmas) are unique to Xmas Decor Market and may not be copied or imitated.
