We understand that sometimes, a decoration might not be the perfect fit for your holiday vision. That’s why we’ve created a returns process that’s as joyful and stress-free as the season itself.
Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unused and unopened items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Christmas Resin figurines and decorations (due to intricate, hand-painted details).
- Christmas Flowers and Natural Christmas Greenery (including wreaths and garlands, as these are perishable items).
- Any item from the Gingerbread Collection or Gnome For the Holidays Collection that has been removed from its original sealed packaging.
The Simple Process: How to Return or Exchange an Item
Follow these three easy steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our friendly customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template below to make sure you provide us with all the necessary information. We will respond within 2 business days with your authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship your return to:

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item). - Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the return after it arrives at our warehouse.

Refunds: When and How You’ll Get Your Money Back
We want you to have your funds back in time to find the perfect replacement decoration!
- Timing: After we approve your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original method of payment. The speed at which the refund appears on your account depends on your bank or credit card company’s policies.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). We are unable to issue refunds to a different card or account.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, we will process the new order once the original returned item is received and inspected. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If your holiday treasures arrive damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will quickly arrange a replacement and provide a pre-paid return shipping label for the incorrect/damaged item at no cost to you.
